I'm a HR Generalist and have worked across all areas of HR including having worked in leadership roles up to Director level and business partnered CEO's.
Having recently relocated back up North, where I'm originally from, I've started this business to support small to medium sized businesses that want brilliant HR but don't necessarily need the full time support.
I'm passionate about adopting modern HR practices that focus on the human experience of work and I have a strong sense of ethics and adopting best practice HR. Ultimately, I believe this drives better business outcomes so it's a WIN-WIN. I pride myself on being easy to work with and having a calm demeanour whilst giving no-nonsense advice with exceptional attention to detail.
